Dr. Charlotte Phillips is the founder and Overseer of Glory Center Ministries International and its growing fellowship of independent ministries, churches, and missionaries, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland in the United States.

In a strong apostolic mantle with prophetic dimensions, Dr. Phillips is pioneering in an apostolic anointing that is impacting many lives in this generation. GCMI is a multi‐faceted, multi‐cultural, training ministry commissioned to release revelations of God’s glory to the nations of the world (Isaiah 49:6). The ministry's focus is to activate, train and release a priestly generation of empowered servant leaders who will impact the global Body of Christ in the end‐time harvest.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Phillips has ministered across the United States, and missioned into more than 20 nations on three continents, including strategic places in the Middle East like Israel, Jordan and Iraq. She has ministered healing and deliverance to the multitudes, releasing powerful, cutting‐edge revelation and end‐time strategy to mobilize the church into higher dimensions of power and dominion in the Kingdom of God.

Dr. Phillips is an international missionary, conference speaker, church and ministry planter, and a mentor to many called to the next wave of 5‐fold ministry. Dr. Phillips is mandated by God to teach His people how to enter His presence and dwell continuously in ascension realms of Glory. Her revelatory teachings on the end‐time patterns for the 21st century millennium church, helps to shatter religious ideologies and social concepts that stagnate the church and bring forth deliverance and key understanding in the minds of men.

Dr. Phillips has appeared on Christian television and radio in the U. S. and several nations and has received acknowledgement for her works in the ministry. She has hosted regional glory gatherings in select states uniting many streams of the Body of Christ. Dr. Phillips specializes in hosting Body‐wide prayer movements that call cities and nations to repentance and restoration in the one new man pattern before the return of Jesus Christ.

Commissioned as a national and global intercessor, Dr. Phillips has shouldered many strategic‐level prayer assignments for the Kingdom of God. Her apostolic and prophetic mantle often touches government leadership in the United States and many Presidents, Kings and Ambassadors around the world. As a global, Kingdom strategists, Dr. Phillips has coordinated prayer shield strategies that utilize a network of global intercessors in several nations simultaneously.

Giving the Glory to God, she has received a proclamation from the City of New Orleans, Louisiana for her intercessory work in the city and has helped to strengthen many pastors in their restoration efforts since hurricane Katrina. In 2006, she received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Foreign Missions from West African Christian University in Nigeria, and received a Certificate of Fellow from the international organization, the H.O.P.E. Foundation, for missionary work in Africa and Iraq.

Dr. Phillips has also launched an international women’s project entitled: “Apostolic Woman in Her Season of Release®,” a project destined to bring revelation and validation through the scriptures to women in apostolic and prophetic ministry around the world. She has also established The Glory Center Institute®, a mobile school founded to release revelations of the “3rd Day Glory” (Hosea 6:2); and Global Youth Awakening®, a project to take regional youth and young adults to the mission field for life and educational enrichment.

Dr. Phillips is faithful to compel God’s people to go deeper in relationship with Him and master the lifestyle of a lifetime, victorious, pure and intimate in the very face of God. She spends her time cultivating new and transitional leadership called to serve the Lord in His global vineyard. She presently resides in Baltimore, Maryland with her family where she operates her international ministry.
